We went back to the doctor this week and got to see our little miracle again. It is AMAZING how fast this baby is growing! The last time we saw it 4 weeks ago, it was a blob, now it is a little human! The doctor measured from the crown of the head to the tailbone, and it measured 9 cm. We could see the arms and legs and it was moving around like crazy!! It's already starting to be ornery, (or maybe just camera shy) because as soon as the doctor took the first picture, the little genius turned it's back to us so we couldn't see it. The one picture is of the profile, and then in the second picture you will notice the legs are not there, because it turned and tucked the legs up! Silly thing! The baby is now the size of a large lime. There is a definitive "organ" that is now in place, so we for sure either have a little boy or girl by now. Even though that process is over, we still won't be able to see which one it is for about another month or so. The baby's intestines are developing, and the ears are now properly aligned on the side of the head. They say the head and the body are the same size right now, because the brain is one of the first things to develop. I'm feeling okay, but still very tired! Daddy's feeling well too and taking great care of me and the baby. We are getting more and more excited each day, and seeing the baby this week made us even more excited!
